About The Position

The Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) at The Guthrie Clinic is a leadership role within a well-established, high-volume ENT program. This program offers comprehensive services including head & neck surgery, otology, and laryngology. The role is supported by a collaborative team of specialists, advanced practice providers, and a strong referral network. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advancing patient care, education, and clinical excellence, and will be responsible for mentoring, program development, and fostering a team-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • MD/DO
  • Board Certification
  • 5 years or more experience preferred
  • Experience developing junior staff/faculty
  • Proven track record of academic accomplishments and professional service
  • Board-certified, fellowship-trained ENT specialist
  • Proven leadership experience
