The ideal candidate is relentless, resourceful, and capable of producing significant output with the right tools. This position requires someone who can take ownership of complex, cross-functional challenges and drive them to completion.

Requirements

  • Ability to use AI to accelerate research, synthesis, and first drafts.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to pick up whatever the company needs most.
  • Comfort with potential nights, weekends, and pressure due to the nature of live sports.
  • Not suited for individuals who need clear swim lanes, heavy process, or constant direction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a force multiplier for the executive team by building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered automations using Claude and related tools.
  • Own the CEO's operating cadence end-to-end, including agenda-setting, meeting prep, follow-ups, board and investor communications.
  • Eliminate repetitive work across the organization through automation.
  • Identify high-leverage automation opportunities across departments.
  • Translate messy, manual workflows into scalable, AI-native systems.
  • Bring a builder's mindset to internal tooling, including prompt engineering, agent and workflow design, extensive scripting, and deep integrations between Claude and existing systems (Slack, Gmail, Notion, Linear, etc.).
  • Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end on behalf of the executive team, including fundraising prep and competitive analysis, using AI to accelerate research, synthesis, and first drafts.
  • Operate as the AI-enabled connective tissue across Product, Compliance, Legal, and GTM, ensuring executive priorities are clearly communicated, tracked, and executed with automated status updates, dashboards, and follow-through.
  • Serve as a trusted right hand to the executive team, driving high-priority special projects from ambiguous ideas to shipped outcomes.
  • Leverage AI to compress timelines and operate with the output of a much larger team.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and be comfortable picking up whatever the company needs most, whether that's standing up a new function, running point on a crisis, or shipping a Claude-powered automation over the weekend.
