About The Position
Norbert Health is a health tech company that utilizes robots equipped with proprietary physical AI and medical-grade modules to assist in healthcare facilities. These robots capture patient vitals contactlessly, measure mobility and activity, and communicate in multiple languages. The data collected is used to generate clinical decision support reports for physicians. The company is rapidly expanding its footprint in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the US, with significant contracted ARR and demonstrated clinical impact. Norbert Health is positioned to be a leader in the integration of robots into healthcare by 2026.
Requirements
- Active MD with a strong clinical background in hospital medicine, primary care, remote care, geriatric care, or a relevant specialty.
- Experience with health technology, digital health, or medical devices (as a clinician-innovator, advisor, or operator).
- Comfortable engaging in technical product conversations and external-facing clinical communications.
- A credible voice in the medical community, with existing relationships or the ability to build them quickly.
- Based in New York City, or able to travel to NYC on a regular and consistent basis.
Responsibilities
- Define, measure, and communicate the clinical outcomes and value delivered by the system, building an evidence base for adoption.
- Oversee and guide clinical certification processes, ensuring the robotic care assistant meets safety and regulatory standards.
- Partner with the team on usability testing with clinical end-users.
- Bring the physician perspective into the product roadmap, identify unmet clinical needs, evaluate features, and ensure the product improves provider workflows.
- Represent Norbert Health at medical conferences and industry events, present clinical findings, and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Serve as a senior clinical resource internally, advising on medical accuracy, clinical protocols, and issues at the intersection of medicine and technology.
