About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for PanCare of Florida in Panama City, Florida. This is an executive leadership opportunity within a growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The CMO will lead provider performance, clinical quality, and strategic growth initiatives, while maintaining a balanced administrative and clinical practice. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to strengthen operations and patient outcomes, driving provider engagement, quality improvement, and organizational growth with a strong clinical presence.
Requirements
- Board Certified Primary Care Physician REQUIRED
- Current Chief Medical Officer Experience within an FQHC REQUIRED
- Strong Knowledge of UDS, HEDIS, and HRSA Compliance
- Proven Executive Leadership Experience
- Ability to Improve Clinical Quality, Provider Performance, and Organizational Growth
- Strong Relationship Building and Provider Development Skills
