  • Data-Driven Leader: You are proficient in clinical informatics and the implementation of safety programs backed by clear, measurable metrics. You are an active user of AI in clinical applications as well as productivity tools..
  • Growth Mindset: You thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment of a scaling tech company and can balance clinical "perfection" with operational "velocity."

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Product Vision: Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to bake clinical integrity into the roadmap. You will ensure platform capabilities don't just "work," but actively drive superior patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.
  • Commercial Catalyst: Serve as the "Clinical Closer" for enterprise sales. You will act as the primary point of escalation and expertise for prospective clients, articulating how Wheel’s clinical protocols and operations solve their specific healthcare challenges.
  • Quality & Safety Governance: Design, implement, and oversee robust Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) programs. You will define the KPIs that measure our success and lead the remediation strategy for any clinical safety escalations.
  • Evidence-Based Leadership: Ensure all virtual care programs and clinical protocols are evidence-based, compliant, and optimized for a digital-first environment.
  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Align clinical priorities with Account Management and Operations to ensure seamless program execution and long-term client retention.
