Just Ingredients is seeking a visionary, performance-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead the full scope of our marketing organization. This is a seat at the executive table — a rare opportunity to define and scale the marketing strategy of a high-growth, purpose-driven brand operating at the intersection of health, wellness, supplements, and beauty. The right candidate brings deep expertise across brand, digital, social, paid media, partnership marketing, and retail and wholesale channel development, with a proven track record of building loyal communities and driving meaningful revenue growth in the direct-to-consumer and CPG space. This role reports directly to the CEO and is one of the most closely partnered positions in the company. The CEO is deeply embedded in the brand — serving as its primary voice, vision-setter, and educator — and the CMO must be a trusted extension of that leadership. You will work side by side with the CEO on brand direction, content and educational programming, podcast strategy, and the overall vision for how Just Ingredients communicates its mission to the world. This is not a role for someone who operates independently of that vision — it requires genuine alignment, strong chemistry, and a shared belief in what this brand stands for and where it is going. You are a bold, data-informed leader who can think at the strategic level while staying close enough to execution to inspire your team and hold the bar high. You understand the modern health and wellness consumer deeply, you know how to build a brand that earns trust, and you know how to scale it efficiently across every channel — from DTC e-commerce to retail shelf and wholesale accounts.
