(USBAM) USBAM is a registered investment advisor and the institutional asset management organization within U.S. Bank. USBAM manages more than $400 billion in assets in money markets/liquidity, investment grade fixed income, Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO), and securities lending mandates. USBAM’s OCIO team manages more than $30 billion in assets for clients including public, private and Taft-Hartley defined benefit pensions; OPEB plans; endowments and foundations; not-for-profits; and other institutional clients invested in global equity, fixed income and alternative asset classes. Role Summary The Chief Investment Officer, Institutional OCIO (the “CIO”) is a key executive responsible for shaping and executing the investment strategy for OCIO clients. The CIO serves as a public-facing thought leader, elevating USBAM’s investment capabilities and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of institutional OCIO clients. This role will be active on various investment committees and working groups that help formulate, implement and execute strategies for client portfolios and will provide leadership across portfolio management, capital markets and manager research, and product development, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
