U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. (USBAM) is a registered investment advisor and the institutional asset management organization within U.S. Bank. USBAM manages over $400 billion in assets across various mandates including money markets/liquidity, investment grade fixed income, Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO), and securities lending. The OCIO team specifically manages over $30 billion in assets for a diverse client base, including public, private, and Taft-Hartley defined benefit pensions, OPEB plans, endowments and foundations, not-for-profits, and other institutional clients. The Chief Investment Officer, Institutional OCIO (the “CIO”) is a critical executive role responsible for defining and implementing the investment strategy for OCIO clients. This role will act as a public-facing thought leader, enhancing USBAM’s investment capabilities and fostering innovation to meet the evolving demands of institutional OCIO clients. The CIO will actively participate in investment committees and working groups to formulate, implement, and execute client portfolio strategies. This leadership position will oversee portfolio management, capital markets, manager research, and product development, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
