About The Position

Marana Health is seeking a Chief Integration Officer to join the Administration team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ. Responsible for leading integration efforts across the organization to ensure services, workflows, and teams are aligned and working together effectively. This role partners with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to improve coordination, streamline processes, and support consistent, patient-centered care across all service lines. Marana Health is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), with 11 sites in Tucson and Pima County. Our mission is to improve our community by providing exceptional, whole-person healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, integration, or strategy
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments or service lines
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety
  • Current Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance (39-month MVR will be run by MH)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field)
  • Experience in an FQHC or similar healthcare setting
  • Experience with clinical and operational integration across service lines (medical, behavioral health, dental, etc.)
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational or system integration efforts
  • Experience supporting value-based care initiatives or care coordination models
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and must be directly related to the functions and body of knowledge required to successfully perform the job.

Responsibilities

  • Drives enterprise-wide integration to advance whole-person care, improve service line capture, and optimize the patient and clinician experience
  • Serves as the multiplier between strategy and execution and drives adoption and accountability across service lines.
  • Establishes enterprise standards for workflows and integration.
  • Owns how the Marana Health system works together, establishing enterprise standards for workflows and integration
  • Leads development and implementation of integration strategies across service lines and departments
  • Identifies gaps in coordination and alignment across medical, behavioral health, dental, and support services
  • Works with clinical and operational leadership to improve workflows, communication, and care coordination
  • Ensures alignment between departments to support efficient, patient-centered care delivery
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives to improve integration, access, and operational performance
  • Partners with leadership to support implementation of new programs, services, and operational changes
  • Monitors performance metrics and identifies opportunities for improvement in coordination and outcomes
  • Supports initiatives related to value-based care, care coordination, and population health
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships across departments and leadership teams
  • Provides updates and recommendations to executive leadership on integration efforts and progress
  • Promotes standardization of processes and best practices across the organization
