The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for driving the overall company success. The CEO will be responsible for driving the target results of the company by providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership in close partnership with the Board of Directors. The CEO will have a history of exceptional operational leadership in high-growth (10%+) software environments, and experience leading a company through successful, high-velocity acquisitions and integrations. The CEO will have the proven ability to create alignment across the various functional groups, develop clear objectives and action plans, and recruit, develop and retain high-caliber teams driven by metrics and accountability. The CEO will ideally have a track record of working with top-tier Private Equity investors and building strong alignment with the Board to drive material value creation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive the organization to meet and exceed short-term and long-term profitability targets to drive value creation
  • Strategically lead M&A activities, from thorough due diligence to the seamless integration of acquisitions, focusing on immediate value generation for the organization.
  • Proactive and deep management of the business to achieve operational and financial results
  • Commercial leadership to achieve predictable and consistent quarterly new ARR contribution resulting in YoY double-digit growth
