Reporting to the President & CEO, the Chief Information Officer will lead ACFB’s technology strategy and operations, including information security, data and analytics, systems integration, major implementations, and day-to-day IT service delivery. The CIO will ensure reliable, secure, and user-focused technology across the organization and will build and lead a high performing, technically strong IT team. The CIO’s first 18 months will focus on stabilizing and integrating ACFB’s multisystem technology environment, improving responsiveness to employee support needs, and strengthening communication and transparency around outages, delays, and system issues. The CIO will also establish clear IT processes and escalation paths, ensuring the organization experiences consistent, reliable, and predictable technology support. Beyond stabilization, the CIO will define a longterm IT roadmap that strengthens ACFB’s internal technology capabilities and enhances the tools we use to engage external stakeholders—including neighbors, partners, donors, and volunteers. This roadmap will outline the key capabilities ACFB must build, the sequence in which they should be developed, and the organizational investments required to achieve them.
