About The Position

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of human resources policies, programs, and practices. As a strategic business partner, the CHRO will oversee the employee lifecycle and guides major workforce decisions and planning, work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and hands-on HR expert with a strong business and financial acumen along with excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to influence corporate strategy and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Expert knowledge of HR disciplines including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation, legal compliance, training, and leadership development, etc.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports long‑term organizational objectives.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance culture, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide executive oversight of a multifaceted workforce including full‑time, part‑time, and volunteer personnel.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and fiscally responsible.
  • Direct the evaluation and administration of all employee benefit offerings.
  • Lead recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Partner with senior leaders to strengthen retention, internal mobility, and workforce capability.
  • Promote a professional, high‑engagement work environment through proactive employee relations, communication frameworks, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Develop and maintain policies that uphold organizational standards, ethical conduct, and operational integrity.
  • Provide strategic oversight of HR operations including employee relations, learning and development, compensation analysis, HRIS administration, benefits management, and culture initiatives.
