About The Position

McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking a bold, mission-driven executive to serve as our next Chief Growth & Strategy Officer (CGO) — a transformative leader who will help shape the future of behavioral healthcare across North Carolina. This is not a traditional business development role. We are seeking a strategic growth leader who believes healthcare organizations can simultaneously expand access, improve outcomes, strengthen financial sustainability, and transform communities. The CGO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will lead enterprise growth strategy, strategic partnerships, market expansion, innovation initiatives, and external engagement efforts that advance McLeod’s mission and long-term impact. This executive will help position McLeod as a statewide leader in behavioral healthcare, substance use treatment, integrated care, and whole-person wellbeing.
