About The Position

CAN Community Health is now hiring a SVP, Chief Growth Officer. This is a full-time, day shift position with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and serving individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STI's, and other infectious diseases, becoming part of a professional team that drives home the Company's Mission and Values. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or product management, with at least 5 years in a growth, business development or expansion role.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a multi-site or multi-state healthcare environment.
Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate the business case for growth investments.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to represent CAN credibly at all levels of government, health systems, and community organizations.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required.

Nice To Haves

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or MHA is strongly preferred.
Experience in a Community Health (FQHC/Look-alike) or mission-driven healthcare setting is preferred.
