About The Position

CAN Community Health is now hiring a SVP, Chief Growth Officer. This is a full-time, day shift position with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and serving individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STI's, and other infectious diseases, becoming part of a professional team that drives home the Company's Mission and Values. CAN Community Health has received recognition for more than six (6) years as NPT's Best Non-Profit to Work for Award.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare business development, marketing, or product management, with at least 5 years in a growth, business development or expansion role.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a multi-site or multi-state healthcare environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate the business case for growth investments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to represent CAN credibly at all levels of government, health systems, and community organizations.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a Level I and Level II Background check as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or MHA is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a Community Health (FQHC/Look-alike) or mission-driven healthcare setting is preferred.
