The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a member of the strategic leadership team responsible for shaping the future of Philadelphia Ballet. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO manages complex finances, fundraising needs, and strategic growth plans exercising accountability and fiduciary oversight in influencing decisions for the organization that shape the company’s long-term financial direction. The CFO advises the CEO and Board of Trustees on enterprise-wide strategy, leads investor relations, capital structure, and risk management and looks outward at markets, growth opportunities, and financial positioning.
