Provides executive leadership, direction, and coordination for the financial performance and stewardship of assigned hospital campus(es). Serves as the campus Chief Financial Officer and principal financial advisor to the Hospital President and campus executive team, translating system priorities into actionable campus plans and ensuring accountability for sustainable financial and operational results. Partners across Kettering Health to integrate finance, operations, quality, growth, patient experience, and workforce considerations into executive decision-making. Advances consistent practices across the system while responding appropriately to the needs and operating realities of the assigned campus(es). Executive leaders integrate the Mission into decisions, leadership behaviors, and organizational priorities. The position is expected to lead through mission and values by modeling compassion, integrity, service, trust, respect, accountability, and shared purpose.
