The Regional Chief Financial Officer for Electrolux North America serves as the strategic financial leader for a multi‑billion‑dollar business, accountable for financial strategy, operational performance, risk management, and the development of a high‑performing finance organization. This role drives value creation through commercial finance, operational excellence, digital enablement, and business partnership across all markets and business lines in the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field and preferably a master’s degree.
  • 15+ years of multi-disciplined finance experience, including at least 7 years of progressive finance and people leadership.
  • A successful track record as a senior finance leader or similar role with full responsibility for the financial performance.
  • Experience with controller responsibilities in both manufacturing and sales divisions.
  • Passion for the business, the highest integrity and you are a highly-skilled influencer in a global matrix setting.
  • A doer with an exceptionally strong work ethic and transparency and you inspire the same in others.
  • Demonstrate a drive for improving business results and pursue and achieve them with resilience.
  • A “can do attitude” and can demonstrate a history of driving for higher business performance through a process minded attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the North America Finance Team with a view to maintain the short and long-term financial health of our business.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies and plans that align with the organization's vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the annual strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure that Region North America delivers on both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Support the Head of Region North America in target setting, defining actions/initiatives needed and secure successful execution of agreed plans across the region.
  • Monitor and drive financial performance vs. prior year, budget, trends and forecast and implement action plan to improve financial performance where necessary.
  • Ensure that business investments such as acquisitions, capital expenditure, divestitures, mergers or sale of assets meet group requirements and are financially viable.
  • Drive regional business performance using data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling.
  • Lead financial transformation, including standardization, automation, robotics, and process optimization across all finance disciplines.
  • Champion cost leadership, driving product cost optimization, SG&A efficiency, and operational productivity.
  • Oversee capital allocation including ROI discipline for manufacturing, technology, and supply chain investments.
  • Drive efficiency, standardization and digitization within the finance function and ensure high traction of continuous improvement and efficiency throughout the full North American business.
  • Manage the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, regulatory reports and filings.
  • Direct all regional financial functions so that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet Group requirements and possess robust internal controls.
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of senior leaders to ensure that the organization's financial strategies are developed and implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines.
  • Lead and develop the Finance organization in North America to ensure financial excellence in delivery, considering factors such as competences and organizational structure.
