About The Position

OleOle is seeking a highly entrepreneurial CFO with significant startup fundraising experience and direct access to capital networks. This role is not a traditional corporate finance position but requires a deep understanding of how to build, finance, and scale technology-driven businesses, particularly in sectors like fintech, payments, crypto infrastructure, marketplaces, gaming, or high-growth consumer platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of personally leading fundraising efforts, possessing existing investor relationships, and being comfortable initiating conversations to create opportunities. This strategic business partner will play a critical role during the company's early-stage growth phase, helping to shape financial strategy, drive growth planning, and position the company for future success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CFO, startup finance leader, founder, or early-stage executive within high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, marketplace, gaming, or consumer-platform businesses
  • Demonstrated success personally raising capital through venture capital, private equity, strategic investors, family offices, debt financing, or crypto-related fundraising structures
  • Existing investor relationships and meaningful access to capital networks
  • Strong understanding of startup finance, scaling businesses, financial strategy, forecasting, capital planning, and operational execution
  • Strong understanding of technology-driven business models including marketplaces, payments, rewards systems, fintech infrastructure, or digital consumer platforms
  • Experience operating inside fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and limited structure
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and investor presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability

  • Experience with crypto infrastructure, tokenomics, digital assets, or blockchain-related businesses
  • Experience within sports, media, gaming, gambling, ecommerce, or creator-economy businesses
  • Experience structuring strategic partnerships, acquisitions, or growth financing initiatives

  • Strong understanding of payments, wallet infrastructure, or fintech compliance environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising strategy and investor outreach efforts
  • Build relationships with venture capital, private equity, strategic investors, family offices, and fintech or crypto-focused funds
  • Help shape long-term financial strategy and company structure
  • Work closely with leadership on growth planning, capital allocation, and scaling strategy
  • Support future token, fintech, payments, rewards, or marketplace-related initiatives
  • Help evaluate partnership opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic financing structures
  • Assist in preparing investor materials, financial projections, and fundraising narratives
  • Operate as a strategic business partner during a critical early-stage growth phase
