The Chief Executive Assistant supports the Founder of the Alice L. Walton Foundation, Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, Art Bridges Foundation, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Momentary, and Heartland Whole Health Institute. The Chief Executive Assistant oversees a diverse range of responsibilities spanning multiple philanthropic entities, including property and calendar management, information technology coordinator, high-touch personal services, and various special projects. The position requires a high level of discretion, judgement, and emotional intelligence, exceptional organizational skills, creative thinking, strong problem solving, and the ability to manage complex, confidential matters with excellence and diplomacy. Collaborating closely with the President of Art + Wellness Enterprises and the President’s assistant, the Chief Executive Assistant supports an efficient workflow by proactively managing multiple priorities, including day-to-day operations, calendar coordination, and executive and personal support duties.
