About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Senior Estimator to join our team. This in-person position will support our estimating department by performing quantity take-offs, assisting with bid preparation, coordinating with subcontractors, and organizing project documents.

Requirements

• 7-15 years of construction-related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Highly motivated and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience with estimating or take-off software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam) a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare Schedule of values & Full Construction Proposal.
• Prepare Labor & Materials costs for all CSI divisions & codes.
• Prepare Cover Letter with Inclusions & Exclusions.
• Prepare Construction Schedules On MS Projects For Bid Proposal.
• Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and construction drawings
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for a variety of projects
• Organize and manage bid documents and project files
• Solicit and track subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Communicate with project teams to ensure accurate bids
• Maintain bid schedules, deadlines, and submissions
• Support the development of pricing databases and estimating templates
