About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee our maintenance department at the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel located in Wentzville, MO. This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program. Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the hotels physical condition and ensuring all systems and areas are running as they should.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
  • Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping.
  • Monitoring the buildings systems and addressing issues promptly.
  • Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
  • Maintaining an organized workspace and maintenance office.
  • Tracking work orders
  • Coordinating with Vendors when needed
  • Pool chemical testing
