About The Position

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee our maintenance department at the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel located in Wentzville, MO. This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program. Responsibilities

Maintaining the hotels physical condition and ensuring all systems and areas are running as they should.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping.
Monitoring the buildings systems and addressing issues promptly.
Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.
Maintaining an organized workspace and maintenance office.
Tracking work orders
Coordinating with Vendors when needed
Pool chemical testing
