As a nonprofit leader in aging, Eskaton helps people live well, longer — with trusted guidance at every stage. We believe aging should be a vibrant, supported, and celebrated journey, not an experience to face alone. For over 55 years, Eskaton has been a cornerstone of Northern California, growing a network of 23 communities dedicated to older adults and the people who care for them. When you join us, you're not just starting a job. You're stepping into a career where your work creates a real impact on people's daily lives and strengthening the communities we call home. We know that to take great care of our residents, we must take great care of you. We are genuinely committed to your health, your happiness, and your future. That’s why we offer: Financial Security: Competitive pay and a 401K matching program to help you plan for your own future. Total Wellbeing: Comprehensive benefits that support your physical and mental health. A Place Where You Belong: We celebrate diversity and equity across the entire aging spectrum, ensuring every team member feels seen and valued. Our DNA (Core Values) We’re looking for people who align with our mission and want to grow with us. The successful candidate combines enterprise judgment, technical fluency, humility and a growth mindset; translates complexity into clarity; leads through influence; builds trust; and visibly models Eskaton’s core values and high-performance culture: Welcoming: Creates warmth, belonging and psychological safety; listens first, invites diverse perspectives and designs with residents, team members and operational leaders. Bring (Y)our Best: Sets high standards, comes prepared with data and options, communicates clearly and follows through on commitments. Empowerment: Clarifies expectations and decision rights, removes obstacles, shares information and trusts others to own outcomes. Growth: Seeks feedback, learns continuously, adapts, solves problems and raises the bar through measurable improvement. The Chief Data and Technology Officer (CDTO) is responsible for advancing Eskaton’s enterprise digital, data, artificial intelligence (AI), integration, innovation and technology-enabled transformation agenda. Reporting to the President & CEO and serving on the Senior Team, this leader connects strategy, people, operations, experience, data and technology to simplify how Eskaton works, strengthen resident and team member experiences, improve decision-making and build a scalable foundation for future growth. The CDTO leads with a human-centered design mindset and embeds Eskaton’s core values—Welcoming, Bring (Y)our Best, Empowerment and Growth—into how priorities are set, decisions are made and change is led. The CDTO advances a high-performance culture grounded in belonging, clarity, accountability, collaboration, candid feedback, continuous learning and disciplined follow-through, ensuring solutions are useful, intuitive, accessible, integrated, secure and adopted and that digital investments produce measurable organizational value.
