We are seeking a Chief Cyber Security Manager to lead mission support architecture and engineering efforts within enterprise SOC operations. This leader will ensure engineering alignment with SOC operations, drive seamless coordination across cybersecurity initiatives, and guide complex system design and integration projects. The role requires mastery of advanced technologies, proven expertise in architecting secure solutions, and the ability to direct a broad team of engineers through project completion. Requirements

Expertise in cybersecurity architecture, engineering and systems integration.
Strong knowledge of hybrid on-premises and cloud technology stack environments.
Demonstrated experience guiding transitions from on-premises to hybrid infrastructure.
Proven leadership in managing engineering teams across complex, large-scale projects.
Familiarity with federal standards, frameworks and FedRAMP environments.
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
15+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years with FedRAMP hybrid on-prem and cloud environments (transition experience preferred).
CISSP or advanced degree in Cybersecurity or related field (M.S. or higher); alternatively, 8+ years in cybersecurity with government or contractor organizations.
Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
Applicants must possess an active Secret Clearance.
