You will conduct routine rounds, report observations, support access procedures, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card/license is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the technology facility, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and required logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
