About The Position

This is a senior, hands-on statutory role serving as the designated BSA Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for the company’s US Money Services Business. The role reports to the Board and works closely with the Global Chief Compliance Officer on the compliance framework and policies. The BSA/AML and OFAC programme is already established; the role is responsible for keeping it examination-ready and strengthening it to support US growth with banking partners, card acquirers, and new integrations. The role owns the US BSA/AML and OFAC programme, including policies, procedures, risk assessment, training, transaction monitoring and investigations, SAR decisions and filings, sanctions screening, information requests, customer and partner risk, vendor oversight, product reviews, examinations and assurance, FinCEN registration, and Board reporting. The position is remote within the United States, with periodic in-person time at the European headquarters.
