About The Position

At Atlanta Autism Center (AAC), we provide 100% center-based, early diagnostic and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder, ages 6 and under. We are a privately-held, physician-owned company with an interdisciplinary team of highly-trained professionals. We believe that learning should be fun, which is why we take a naturalistic and play-based approach to assessment and treatment. We believe every child and every family deserves compassionate and assent-based care. AAC's mission is to ensure every child receives meaningful, high-quality care, while providing clinicians with the resources and support needed to succeed. We are currently seeking a dedicated CCO to join our team.

Requirements

  • PhD in Applied Behavioral Analysis (BCBA-D Required)
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor
  • Experience and comfort working with kids
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with astute ability to articulately present material in front of an audience
  • Team-player
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to be flexible to the daily changing needs within the company and to handle obstacles with compassion and resolve.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quality, planning and development of a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of individual clients and the company.
  • Develop and implement goals and objectives of all clinical programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of tools and training curriculum.
  • Implement clinical policies and procedures to drive forward a culture of quality ABA.
  • Promote AAC mission, vision, and values to both clinical staff as well as the local autism community.
  • Provide in person support, oversee and work with the team of Clinical Leadership across all our Metro area centers.
  • Perform all duties and demonstrate behaviors and attitudes consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization.
  • Continually participate in building and maintaining positive working relationships through effective communication, performance improvement and teamwork efforts.
  • Serve as Compliance Officer, actively developing and implementing safety programs of the organization by identifying potential risks and promoting client safety as well as environmental safety.
  • Develop company-wide clinical goals and objectives.
  • Comply with HIPAA guidelines regarding client rights and confidentiality.
  • Comply with documentation and training set forth by Human Resources.
  • Represent and be comfortable speaking and advocating on behalf of AAC with the local community, legislators, and media.
