About The Position
The Chief Agent & Head of SGL Canada serves as the senior-most executive responsible for the overall leadership, governance, financial soundness, and strategic direction of SCOR’s Canadian branch operations. This role holds statutory accountability under Canadian insurance regulatory requirements (OSFI) and acts as the primary representative of the branch with regulators, clients, and key stakeholders. The incumbent ensures that SGL Canada operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory expectations, while driving profitable growth, strengthening client partnerships, and aligning local strategy with SCOR’s global life reinsurance vision.
