About The Position

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Administrative Officer is a key member of the PCC executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the following functions: Quality Assurance (via VP of Quality), Human Resources (via CHRO), Environmental Health & Safety (Via the EH&S Council), Regulatory Compliance (except Trade Compliance), and Legal Affairs (via General Counsel). This role ensures alignment across these domains to support operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and organizational resilience in a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for leading and integrating the company’s core administrative and risk functions into a unified strategic framework that supports operational excellence, regulatory integrity, and organizational resilience. This role ensures that each function operates in alignment with corporate objectives, aerospace industry standards, and global regulatory requirements. As a member of the executive leadership team, the position drives cross-functional collaboration, fosters a culture of accountability and safety, and serves as a key advisor to the CEO on matters of governance, ethics, and enterprise risk.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing (state-specific as applicable).
  • Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge or experience of different disciplines such as Quality, Human Resources, Safety, Compliance, and Legal functions.
  • Knowledge or experience managing regulatory compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, FAA/EASA, OSHA, and ISO certifications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise risk management, governance, and ethics programs.
  • Strong legal background with experience in contract law, litigation management, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
  • Prior experience advising C-suite executives on legal, compliance, and operational matters.
  • Experience in global operations and working with international regulatory bodies and frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive cultural transformation, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Quality, HR, Safety, Compliance, and Legal departments.
  • Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with aerospace regulations (e.g., AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, FAA/EASA) and internal governance policies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated risk management frameworks across all functions.
  • Oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development through the CHRO.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
  • Guide quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to meet aerospace manufacturing standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators across all functional areas.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment with corporate strategy and operational goals.
  • Lead crisis management and incident response planning related to safety, legal, or compliance events.
