The Chief Administrative & Finance Officer (CAFO) serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for aligning strategy, operations, financial stewardship, and organizational performance across Christ Community Health Services (CCHS). Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CAFO functions as the organization's Integrator, ensuring that the vision established by leadership is translated into effective execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes. This position oversees all finance, revenue cycle, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analytics functions while coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve operational effectiveness, patient access, financial sustainability, and mission impact. The CAFO serves as the primary leader responsible for integrating people, processes, priorities, and resources across the organization.
