Requirements

  • Chevrolet Master Technician Certification required.
  • Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions License required.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, repair procedures, and service information.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Hyundai vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Accurately identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
  • Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Assist in training and mentoring apprentice and entry-level technicians.
  • Communicate additional repair recommendations and maintenance needs to Service Advisors in a timely manner.
  • Participate in Hyundai factory-sponsored training and maintain all required certifications.
  • Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to verify repairs and vehicle performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
