About The Position
The Charitable Gaming Manager will oversee all authorized games of chance across the organization approved locations. This role ensures strict compliance with North Dakota gaming laws and administers internal controls. In this position this individual will be responsible for our gaming establishing our charitable gaming licensure.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in related field or commensurate experience
- Two years’ experience of public-facing skills.
- Ability to travel (primarily in-state) with occasional overnight stay
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate experience
- Three years’ experience in significant sales/customer service
- Experience with CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial and inventory management such as reconciling daily activity and inventory records, cash disbursements, etc.
- Locate and secure new charitable gaming venues.
- Form and maintain good working relationships with venue management.
- Maintain and grow charitable gaming venues.
- Maintain compliance with state and local regulations.
- Navigate, complete, and maintain the charitable gaming licensure process.
- Develop and maintain charitable gaming policies at venues.
- Follow all Anne Carlsen policies and procedures.
