About The Position

The Chemist II conducts formulation projects in collaboration with staff scientists on the product and process development team. The role creates laboratory batches for skincare products, performs experiments, manages raw material inventories, and conducts sample testing and analysis. It also supports pilot and scale-up documentation and activities. The position is 100% onsite and has a stated duration of two years.

Requirements

• One to three years or more of experience in topical cosmetic or OTC formulations.
• One to three years of cosmetic or skincare formulation and batching experience.
• General laboratory skills, including stability testing, pH, viscosity, and microscopy.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work as a team player with a positive mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in scale-up and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
