About The Position

Always maintain highest level of safety and quality. Follow written and verbal instructions. Use manual and mechanical devices such as chain hoists, drum carts, and pallet jacks; to move, stage or lift material. Accurately weigh and safely add materials according to process orders. Set up and operate equipment for mixing and blending paint related materials. Help maintain accurate inventory levels and organization. Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hand(s) and arm(s), stoop, use hands and fingers to complete tasks that require dexterity. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must routinely lift and/or move up to 55 pounds by hand and move or manipulate heavier loads with mechanical assistance.

Requirements

High School Diploma
Capability to learn quickly and work in a self-directed team environment
Ok to work repetitive tasks with accuracy (10-hour shift)
Must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Test
At least 2 years’ Manufacturing experience
At least 1 year of Forklift Driving experience

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience
Previous experience operating fork trucks
