Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (technical experience a plus!)
3+ years in manufacturing preferred
Experience with compounding, blending, or mixing required
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures
Basic computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold.

Responsibilities

Always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials.
Blend raw materials into high-quality products based on precise customer specs
Follow detailed batch instructions to ensure consistency and quality
Operate mixers, pumps, and mills through analog and HMI controls
Using an RF Scanner, input material movements into SAP software to manage inventory and production data
Load and unload bulk tankers trucks and operate a spotter truck
Unload railcars raw materials
Label and fill packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards.
Accurately measure and weigh chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions.
Complete batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
