Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Physical capability to stand for 8-hour shifts
• Ability to safely lift and pour 55-pound containers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (physical examination, drug test, color vision test)
• Respirator fit test (must maintain clean-shaven face)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing or chemical production
• Understanding of basic measurement and mixing procedures
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Execute precise chemical formulation and mixing operations
• Perform accurate weighing and measuring of raw materials
• Maintain detailed production records and inventory tracking
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Operate specialized mixing equipment
