About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Compounder to join our team. This role involves manufacturing products according to strict procedures, health, and safety guidelines. You will be responsible for handling, measuring, and blending bulk chemicals, monitoring batches, and ensuring quality standards are met. The position also includes packaging products, maintaining equipment, and adhering to all safety and GMP rules. We offer both 1st and 2nd shift opportunities with flexible scheduling and overtime availability. Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for 30-60 days.

Requirements

• Experience in chemical manufacturing; 2+ years of chemical blending preferred.
• Able to read batch instructions, communicate effectively, and solve practical problems.
• Team player with a "get-the-job-done" attitude.
• Must be available for overtime and some Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products following procedures, health, and safety guidelines.
• Handle, measure, and blend bulk chemicals (liquids, powders) accurately.
• Monitor batches, make adjustments, and ensure quality and quantity standards.
• Clean equipment, maintain records, and follow all safety and GMP rules.
• Package products (pails, drums, totes), weigh accurately, and ensure proper labeling.
• Wear required PPE and maintain a safe workspace.
