Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Finance & Insurance (F&I), automotive retail, dealership operations, account management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automotive appearance products, dealership operations, and aftermarket programs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Thrives working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with automotive, marine, powersports, and RV dealerships.
  • Promote and sell Great Lakes Appearance Products directly to dealership decision-makers and staff.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of dealership Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations to effectively position products and programs.
  • Train sales consultants and F&I managers on product features, benefits, and best practices for presenting appearance protection products to customers.
  • Create and implement effective point-of-sale materials and merchandising strategies that drive product awareness and sales performance.
  • Design and recommend dealership incentive programs and compensation plan to increase product penetration and profitability.
  • Monitor, maintain, and manage dealership inventories of chemical and appearance products to ensure availability and minimize shortages.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and promote additional iA American products and services.
  • Analyze dealership performance and recommend strategies to improve product sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to dealership partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
  • Travel regularly to dealership locations to conduct training, demonstrations, inventory reviews, and business development activities.
