The Chef is responsible for the overall coordination of food preparation, cooking and baking activities, dietary standards, the quality and nutritional value of foods prepared and maintaining a positive, courteous work environment for staff and residents.

Requirements

Background screening through AHCA
Disclosure of vaccination status for certain roles, which could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID‑19

Responsibilities

Overall coordination of food preparation, cooking and baking activities
Overall coordination of dietary standards
Overall coordination of the quality and nutritional value of foods prepared
