THE POSITION Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients Monitor stock and minimize wastage Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
Requirements
- Must be available Mondays and Tuesdays
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Current Working with children check, or ability to obtain
- Experience in large scale catering preferred
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
