About The Position

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an Operations Manager (m/f) to join our operations team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. You will be part of the operations team responsible for A220 assembly. The team is structured to promote collaborative, autonomous teamwork, mutual support, and collective learning. Your role as Operations Manager will be to: Exercise your leadership, Ensure continuous improvement, Achieve production targets.

Requirements

Experience managing a team of supervisors in a manufacturing environment (aerospace experience is an asset).
Fluent in French (bilingualism is an asset).
Understanding of the principles of value-added production.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to plan and organize to ensure results are achieved.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
A college or university degree in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing management, or equivalent experience that has allowed you to develop strong management skills.
