About The Position

M3C is seeking a Project Manager for the implementation of D365 Finance & Operations for a 12-month contract. This is a remote position. The client is in a multi-company environment undergoing digital transformation. As part of a major technological modernization program, the client is deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across several group entities. The organization is at a critical project stage, including data conversion, integrated testing, deployment planning, user training, and go-live preparation. The Project Manager will play a central role in coordinating these activities, ensuring alignment between business teams, IT teams, implementation partners, and solution architects. The mandate also includes preparing executive follow-ups for the steering committee and board of directors, as well as participating in other D365 deployment initiatives within the group.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system implementation, ideally D365 Finance and Operations.
  • Solid experience as an ERP Project Manager, including data migration, testing, deployment/cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams (SMEs, functional, technical) and collaborating with solution architects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior management and governance bodies.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously in a transforming environment.
  • Proven skills in planning, risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of D365 F&O: data migration, integrated testing, deployment/cutover planning, training, go-live, and post-start stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain the project plan, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts (SMEs) and collaborate closely with solution architects to ensure functional and technical alignment.
  • Ensure coordination between stakeholders: business teams, IT, implementation partners, and management.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, performance indicators, and executive presentations to the steering committee and board of directors.
  • Contribute to change management, organizational preparedness, and operational transition activities before and after go-live.
