About The Position

Mobilia B2B, our wholesale division, is looking for a Project Manager – Mobilia B2B, to join our team. Reporting to the President of Mobilia, the person selected must have experience in project management and interior design. The B2B Project & Furniture Development Manager is responsible for driving business development, managing end-to-end customer projects, coordinating sourcing and logistics, and supporting the growth of Mobilia’s B2B division. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while expanding the company’s presence in the wholesale market.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
  • Bachelors in Business Management or similar
  • Problem-solving and solution oriented skills
  • Able to adapt in a changing work environment
  • Drive business development and B2B sales.
  • Manage projects end-to-end with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Source products and manage furniture procurement efficiently.
  • Negotiate effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Navigate import/export compliance and logistics processes.
  • Apply strategic, innovative thinking to solve problems.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple projects.
  • Experienced in hospitality and real estate development.
  • Combine design sense with practical execution for high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit and engage new customers (business development to acquire new B2B projects and customers)
  • Develop, guide, and execute customer projects (ICF, sourcing, logistics)
  • Design furniture concepts for customers
  • Develop exclusive models/collections to support wholesale market growth
  • Attend site meetings for projects and sample reviews
  • Conduct or request videos, samples, or factory audit visits
  • Source furniture for B2B customer projects using Mobilia’s suppliers and other overseas suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing according to project margins and budgets
  • Prepare and present sales offers or quotations
  • Finalize and submit contractual agreements
  • Direct and manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Oversee and review all PO-related activities with support from the logistics team
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Lead logistics supervision for new initiatives, tactics, and efforts to streamline B2B processes cross-functionally
  • Assist with relevant social media and marketing tasks
  • Continue developing and expanding the B2B division to reach its full potential in terms of exposure, notoriety, services, and specialties
