You will oversee kitchen operations, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, manage food and labor costs, and guide your team in delivering consistently high-quality dishes. The Chef de Cuisine is also responsible for staff development, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and guest service.
