Requirements
- Kitchen Experience in a management role as a Sous Chef or higher.
- Basic knife skills and cooking preparation experience.
- Ability to work cohesively and politely with a team environment.
- Must be able to show up on time every shift.
Responsibilities
- Managing all kitchen operations for the hotel.
- Ordering and keeping inventory of all food and beverage.
- Prepping & cooking for all breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Training line cooks to prep and cook for all food services.
- Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen supplies and equipment on a daily basis.
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
