These new outlets will showcase a variety of culinary concepts and elevated cocktail moments enhanced by live entertainment. Requirements

  • Flexibility, as hotels operate non-stop.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks occasionally.
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all culinary team members of The Supper Club and the production kitchen.
  • Tracking the kitchen’s inventory, placing orders, monitoring equipment maintenance and condition, and ensuring that a kitchen operates alongside state and federal health and safety codes.
  • Ensuring food production, preparation, plating and garnishing meet high standards for guest experience.
  • Cooking in any kitchen and covering any service, with flexibility to the operation schedule.
  • Planning and developing menus and recipes, ensuring correct preparation and presentation of consistent food items, utilizing creative menu planning to minimize waste.
  • Acknowledging dietary restrictions and special occasions to fulfill guest requests.
  • Preventing and correcting imperfections and blemishes, reporting them and working with other positions to correct them.
  • Adhering to all budgetary needs, including food cost, labor standards, and food purchasing recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the Culinary Director, Senior Culinary Leadership and Hotel Senior Leadership on menu development.
  • Communicating with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment.
  • Fostering a 'We Care' culture while maintaining hotel standards.
