Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment and we are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our team! The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for the daily oversight of all kitchen operations within the Arbor kitchens, ensuring safe and timely meal preparation. They will help food production personnel, assist with producing food as needed, and will be responsible for the budget and purchasing supplies. The Chef will follow GR policies and procedures, state and federal food regulations. They will embody our core values: caring, empowering, integrity, and commitment.
