About The Position

We build the final layer of validation that ensures Security Center works as a complete, integrated system before it reaches our customers. Our team turns product features into real-world scenarios, with a strong focus on interoperability between components and system robustness. From video and access control to cloud and on-prem deployments, we cover a wide range of tests on a variety of distributed setups to ship software that works reliably in real environments.

Requirements

Experience in software testing (system, integration, or end-to-end testing)
Experience leading or mentoring a technical team with varying degrees of expertise
Strong interest in people leadership, delivery ownership, and continuous improvement
Comfortable navigating complex, multi-component systems and environments
Strong judgment in prioritization, risk assessment, and validation depth
Ability to balance hands-on technical context with leadership responsibilities
Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders
Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Nice To Haves

Experience testing complex systems involving both software and hardware
Experience with on-prem and cloud-based environments
Familiarity with distributed systems or large-scale setups
Knowledge of video security, access control, or similar domains
Experience defining testing strategies or leading large validation efforts
Experience with Windows OS, including performance tools and system specifications
Knowledge of Linux and its advantages compared to Windows environments
Experience in working with virtual machines
Experience working in Kanban or similar workflows

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of System Test Specialists, fostering engagement, growth, and accountability
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support through one-on-ones and goal-setting
Mentor team members in testing strategy, investigation techniques, and critical thinking
Create a culture of ownership, curiosity, collaboration, and quality-driven decision-making
Take part in hiring, onboarding, and team growth initiatives
Define and guide system-level testing strategies across releases
Translate product scope and risks into clear, actionable validation plans
Ensure strong coverage of interoperability, robustness, and usability across realistic environments
Identify and remove obstacles that impact validation quality or execution
Ensure accountability for the quality of test results and reported issues
Record, monitor, and communicate testing progress and results to the team and management
Continuously improve the team’s approach to system testing and risk-based validation
Foster experimentation: refine strategies, environments, and testing depth based on outcomes
Identify gaps in coverage and drive improvements in how we validate complex systems
Promote knowledge sharing and alignment across QA and product teams
