About The Position

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Key Holder supports the store management team by ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience and sales profitability. This role involves creating and leading a sales floor atmosphere that prioritizes customer loyalty, coaching staff on delivering an amazing customer experience, and fostering open communication. The Key Holder also stays updated on the latest products and services, promotes a safe and positive environment, ensures visual merchandising standards are met, and assists management with new company initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in fashion apparel retail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in the retail market
  • Ability to motivate staff through coaching and leadership
  • Ability to lead staff members towards their sales goals

Responsibilities
