About The Position

As the Team Lead for Creative Services, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and other stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our creative output aligns with our brand guidelines, objectives, and vision. In this role, you’ll need a perfect blend of creative expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with at least 5 years of team management experience.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative concepts.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to interpret design briefs, understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design ideas and concepts.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UI/UX design and video editing software is a plus.
