In collaboration with the PMO service team under their responsibility, the PMO Lead is responsible for the success of IT projects under their governance in terms of costs, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables, while ensuring that these comply with business priorities and management models established by the employer. They guide the activities and resources necessary to achieve the objectives of their mandate, from planning to implementation. Possessing a strong capacity for influence, the PMO Lead is responsible for promoting best practices in project management and evolving them through documentation, integration, application, and acceptance of different project management approaches and methodologies (agile and traditional) by their teams and the entire organization.
